COVID-19 Guest Responsibility

If you or any member of your family is not feeling well, do no visit.  Do come when everyone is well and please plan ahead.  We strongly advise purchasing your tickets online to reduce transaction on site and minimize congestion at the ticket box office.  We will be offering all-inclusive package deals that combines park admission, food, parking, and a reserved area or a season pass if you plan on visiting more than once - purchase below.  If you plan on making a purchase at the park during your visit, we are encouraging you to pay with a credit card.

Vulnerable Guests

Government and state health organizations are strongly recommending people 65 years & older and people with underlying medical conditions*, particularly if not well controlled, should keep their distance from others.

*Underlying medical conditions include chronic lung disease or moderate to severe asthma, serious heart conditions, immunocompromised, severe obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, undergoing dialysis, liver disease.

Face Mask

Guest Masks will be optional for any and all purchases on property - masks required in restroom.

Proper Hygiene

Wash your hands frequently and practice good hygiene while in the park.  Wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds throughout your visit.  Use hand sanitizer at various areas throughout the park as an alternative.  Wash or sanitize them after coughing or sneezing, before eating, after toilet use, and when hands are visibly dirty. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue.  Dispose tissue into a trash receptacle immediately after use and wash or sanitize your hands.

Social Distancing

Please follow social distancing guidelines very carefully and maintain 6 feet/2 meters of space from others.  Immediate family members who live in the same household can be closer & grouped together.  All others should strictly adhere to the number of people required for outdoor gathering as mandated and maintain social distancing from others outside your group. This will apply throughout the entire park.

We have enhanced our already stringent cleaning procedures.  Entry to the park will be based on calculations per square footage that will allow for 6 feet/2 meters of physical distancing per person/group.  Family groups residing at the same physical address can stay together in one 6-ft/2 meters space if the group is at least 6-ft/2 meters away from any other individuals or family groups.  Minimize the number of personal items you bring into the park to expedite entry.  In addition, Wet n Wild will incorporate guidance from local health department to rearrange seating throughout the park and concession food ordering & pick up window to support physical distancing 6 feet/2 meters apart.  We apologize in advance if you experience any delays or inconvenience as a result of these new protocols.

Reduced Ride Capacity

Adjusting ride lines, waiting areas to allow for proper physical distancing. Floors will be marked, and signs posted to designate the appropriate 6 feet/2 meters of physical distance space between individuals/small groups who live in the same house.  The number of guests per ride vehicle will be reduced to facilitate physical distancing between riders.  Family members living in the same household will be boarded in the same ride raft when possible.  At every pool, lazy river and wave pool, family group is required to stay 6 feet/2 meters apart from others. If there are non-swimmers in the family group, determine what part of the pool is appropriate for everyone to stay together. In the lazy river or other similar attractions, consider allowing someone to enter only after someone exits to maintain a reduced capacity. Remind guests to stay 6 feet/2 meters apart. Please be patient and understanding with these necessary operational changes.
