Touch-A-Truck Day

Touch a truck event is to display different service vehicles that help build and work within our community. It will give your keiki the opportunity to view various construction & utility vehicles as well as other service equipment and learn how and what they do within our community, they can also learn about different career paths that they may consider in their future. Construction, Service, and Utility Vehicles will be on display from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM from these partners:

  • Honolulu Police Department
  • Construction Vehicles from Goodfellow Bros.”
  • Hawaiian TelCom
  • Sunbelt Rentals

The event is FREE to the general public and pass holders.  Vehicle displays will be located in a special area of the park’s parking lot.  Park’s admission and parking not included.

After you’ve gone through the displays, come and cool off at the park and get a 1-day discounted admission ticket for only $39.99 ea + tax.  Proceeds of ticket sales will benefit HUGS Hawaii*.

ADDED BONUS:  The first 200 kids through the park’s main turnstile will receive a free mini toy truck before 11:30 AM or while supplies last.  Limit to one (1) toy per child 12 years & under and child must be present.  Plus enjoy a Dive’n’Movie presentation of Cars (PG) at Hawaiian Waters wave pool with your paid admission ticket or season pass.  Showtime at 12:00 PM.

Tips for a fun day during the event:

  • wear sunscreen and lots it
  • wear sunglasses and hat
  • covered walking shoes
  • stay hydrated and bring your own flask with water
  • charge up your phone for many photo/video opportunities with your child
